SPONSOR
The El Mercado Fresco Summer Car Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Mercado LLC ("Sponsor").
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Missouri and Kansas who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, Molle Toyota, Fresco Marketing, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on May 30, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Central Time and ends on August 8, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Central Time ("Sweepstakes Period").
Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
HOW TO ENTER
IN-STORE ENTRY METHOD
Visit any participating El Mercado Fresco location during the Sweepstakes Period and scan the official Sweepstakes QR code displayed in-store.
Complete and submit the official entry form.
Entrants must provide the information requested on the official entry form, including their full name, telephone number, email address, and any other required information.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated means, AI-assisted automation, or any fraudulent method are void.
ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
To enter without visiting a store, hand-print your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by August 7, 2026.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.
No mechanically reproduced entries permitted.
ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Only one person may be associated with each entry.
Multiple participants may not share the same email address.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who submits multiple entries using different identities, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, accounts, mailing addresses, or any method intended to circumvent entry limits.
Information submitted by an entrant must be sufficient to identify and verify the entrant if the entrant is selected as a potential winner.
PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:
One (1) 2026 Toyota Corolla
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $28,500
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the advertised vehicle with a vehicle of equal or greater value should the advertised vehicle become unavailable.
No cash alternative will be provided.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned.
WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES
Winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with acceptance and use of the prize, including but not limited to:
Federal taxes
State taxes
Local taxes
Title fees
Registration fees
Licensing fees
Insurance
Vehicle maintenance
Fuel
Transportation costs
Any expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize
Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has not made any warranties regarding the vehicle.
ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
RANDOM DRAWING
A potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted live on Friday, August 14, 2026, beginning at approximately 2:00 PM Central Time, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
One (1) entry will be randomly selected at a time.
The individual associated with the selected entry will be considered a potential winner only, subject to the telephone contact, identity verification, eligibility verification, and documentation requirements contained in these Official Rules.
Selection of an entry does not constitute confirmation as the official winner.
Winner need not be physically present at the drawing to win.
Sponsor's decisions are final.
LIVE WINNER NOTIFICATION AND 10-MINUTE RESPONSE PERIOD
Immediately after an entry is selected during the live drawing, Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using the telephone number provided on the selected entry.
The potential winner will have ten (10) minutes beginning from Sponsor's first telephone call attempt to answer Sponsor's call or return the call and establish live telephone contact with Sponsor.
If the potential winner does not establish live telephone contact with Sponsor within the ten (10)-minute period, the selected entry will be disqualified and Sponsor will randomly select another entry from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor will repeat the same drawing and telephone contact process until a potential winner establishes live telephone contact with Sponsor within the required ten (10)-minute period.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the telephone number submitted with their entry is valid, accurate, active, and capable of receiving telephone calls.
Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for telephone carrier delays, voicemail issues, blocked calls, spam filtering, unavailable cellular service, device settings, incorrect telephone numbers, technical problems, or any other circumstance preventing an entrant from receiving or answering Sponsor's telephone call.
Answering the telephone call does not make the selected individual the official winner. The potential winner must successfully complete Sponsor's identity and eligibility verification process before being officially confirmed as the winner.
WINNER AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION
The potential winner must successfully complete Sponsor's identity and eligibility verification process before being confirmed as the official winner.
The potential winner must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification acceptable to Sponsor.
The Sweepstakes entry form requested the entrant's full name. The name submitted on the selected entry must therefore reasonably correspond to the potential winner's legal name as shown on the government-issued identification presented during verification.
A selected entry may be disqualified if:
The entry contains only a first name and does not contain a last name;
The entry does not contain the participant's full name as requested on the Sweepstakes entry form;
The entry was submitted using a nickname, alias, pseudonym, fictitious name, or other name that does not reasonably correspond to the participant's legal identity;
The name submitted on the entry materially differs from the legal name shown on the government-issued identification presented during verification;
Sponsor cannot reasonably verify that the person claiming the prize is the same individual identified on the selected entry;
The potential winner cannot establish that he or she was eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry;
The potential winner cannot establish legal residency in Missouri or Kansas; or
The potential winner otherwise fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules.
Minor typographical, spelling, spacing, capitalization, or formatting differences that do not create a reasonable question regarding the entrant's identity may be evaluated by Sponsor in good faith and will not necessarily result in automatic disqualification.
The potential winner must also complete and return any required documents, which may include:
Affidavit of Eligibility
Liability Release
Publicity Release
Tax Documentation
Vehicle Transfer Documentation
Government-issued identification
Any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor to verify identity or eligibility
If a potential winner fails the identity or eligibility verification process, refuses the prize, fails to complete required documentation, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the selected entry will be disqualified.
Sponsor will then randomly select another potential winner from the remaining eligible entries and repeat the drawing, telephone contact, and verification procedures described in these Official Rules.
A participant will not be considered the official winner merely because the participant's entry was selected or because the participant answered Sponsor's telephone call.
A participant becomes the official winner only after successfully completing all identity and eligibility verification requirements and being expressly confirmed as the winner by Sponsor.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor and Released Parties to use entrant's name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements, city, and state of residence for advertising, publicity, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
TAX REPORTING
Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or any other tax reporting forms required by applicable law.
Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure events, or any factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify any information submitted in connection with an entry or the winner verification process.
FRAUD PREVENTION
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of any entrant.
Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and potential legal action.
Examples include:
Automated entries
Fake identities
Multiple accounts
False information
Use of identities intended to conceal or misrepresent the identity of the entrant
Tampering with QR codes
Attempting to interfere with the selection or verification process
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
Lost entries
Late entries
Incomplete entries
Misdirected entries
Technical failures
Server interruptions
Network failures
Hardware failures
Software failures
QR code scanning issues
Cellular carrier issues
Telephone or voicemail failures
Blocked or filtered telephone calls
Human error
RELEASED PARTIES
For purposes of these Official Rules, the "Released Parties" include Mercado LLC, Molle Toyota, Fresco Marketing, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns.
VEHICLE DISCLAIMER
The vehicle is awarded "AS IS" without any warranty from Sponsor, Molle Toyota, Fresco Marketing, or any Released Party.
Any manufacturer warranty shall be governed solely by the vehicle manufacturer.
NO LIABILITY FOR VEHICLE USE
Following transfer of ownership, the Released Parties shall have no responsibility or liability relating to the operation, maintenance, registration, insurance, condition, use, misuse, accidents, injuries, damages, or losses associated with the vehicle.
MOLLE TOYOTA DISCLAIMER
Molle Toyota's involvement is limited to vehicle-related support.
Molle Toyota is not responsible for administration of the Sweepstakes, collection of entries, winner selection, or compliance with Sweepstakes laws.
All questions and disputes shall be directed to Sponsor.
FRESCO MARKETING DISCLAIMER
Fresco Marketing acts solely as a promotional and administrative service provider.
Fresco Marketing shall not be responsible for prize fulfillment, vehicle condition, vehicle warranties, tax obligations, title transfer obligations, registration obligations, insurance obligations, or claims arising from acceptance or use of the prize.
SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform.
PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor for administration of the Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
DISPUTES
Any disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.
Any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

A Spanish-language version of these Official Rules may be provided for convenience.
In the event of any conflict between the English and Spanish versions, the English version shall control.

PATROCINADOR
El Sorteo de Verano de un Auto de El Mercado Fresco ("Sorteo") es patrocinado por Mercado LLC ("Patrocinador").
ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS REGLAS OFICIALES
Al participar en el Sorteo, cada participante acepta plena e incondicionalmente estas Reglas Oficiales y las decisiones del Patrocinador, las cuales serán finales y vinculantes en todos los asuntos relacionados con el Sorteo.
ELEGIBILIDAD
El Sorteo está abierto únicamente a residentes legales de Missouri y Kansas que tengan dieciocho (18) años de edad o más al momento de participar.

PERÍODO DEL SORTEO

LIMITACIONES DE PARTICIPACIÓN
Solo una persona podrá estar asociada con cada participación.
Múltiples participantes no podrán compartir la misma dirección de correo electrónico.
El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de descalificar a cualquier persona que presente múltiples participaciones utilizando diferentes identidades, direcciones de correo electrónico, números de teléfono, dispositivos, cuentas, direcciones postales o cualquier método destinado a evadir los límites de participación.
La información proporcionada por el participante deberá ser suficiente para identificar y verificar al participante en caso de ser seleccionado como posible ganador.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL GANADOR

PROBABILIDADES DE GANAR

SORTEO ALEATORIO
Un posible ganador será seleccionado mediante un sorteo aleatorio realizado en vivo el viernes 14 de agosto de 2026, comenzando aproximadamente a las 2:00 p. m., Hora Central, entre todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas durante el Período del Sorteo.
Se seleccionará aleatoriamente una (1) participación a la vez.
La persona asociada con la participación seleccionada será considerada únicamente como posible ganador, sujeta a los requisitos de contacto telefónico, verificación de identidad, verificación de elegibilidad y documentación establecidos en estas Reglas Oficiales.
La selección de una participación no constituye la confirmación como ganador oficial.

NOTIFICACIÓN EN VIVO AL POSIBLE GANADOR Y PERÍODO DE RESPUESTA DE 10 MINUTOS
Inmediatamente después de seleccionar una participación durante el sorteo en vivo, el Patrocinador intentará comunicarse con el posible ganador utilizando el número de teléfono proporcionado en la participación seleccionada.
El posible ganador tendrá diez (10) minutos a partir del primer intento de llamada telefónica del Patrocinador para contestar la llamada o devolverla y establecer contacto telefónico en vivo con el Patrocinador.
Si el posible ganador no establece contacto telefónico en vivo con el Patrocinador dentro del período de diez (10) minutos, la participación seleccionada será descalificada y el Patrocinador seleccionará aleatoriamente otra participación entre las participaciones elegibles restantes.
El Patrocinador repetirá el mismo proceso de selección y contacto telefónico hasta que un posible ganador establezca contacto telefónico en vivo dentro del período requerido de diez (10) minutos.
Los participantes son responsables de asegurarse de que el número de teléfono proporcionado en su participación sea válido, correcto, esté activo y pueda recibir llamadas telefónicas.

El posible ganador deberá presentar una identificación oficial con fotografía, válida y vigente, aceptable para el Patrocinador.
El formulario de participación del Sorteo solicitaba el nombre completo del participante. Por lo tanto, el nombre proporcionado en la participación seleccionada deberá corresponder razonablemente con el nombre legal del posible ganador que aparezca en la identificación oficial presentada durante la verificación.
Una participación seleccionada podrá ser descalificada si:
La participación contiene únicamente un nombre y no incluye apellido;
La participación no contiene el nombre completo del participante según lo solicitado en el formulario del Sorteo;
La participación fue presentada utilizando un apodo, alias, seudónimo, nombre ficticio u otro nombre que no corresponda razonablemente con la identidad legal del participante;
El nombre proporcionado en la participación difiere sustancialmente del nombre legal que aparece en la identificación oficial presentada durante la verificación;
El Patrocinador no puede verificar razonablemente que la persona que reclama el premio sea la misma persona identificada en la participación seleccionada;
El posible ganador no puede demostrar que tenía dieciocho (18) años de edad o más al momento de participar;
El posible ganador no puede demostrar residencia legal en Missouri o Kansas; o
El posible ganador no cumple con cualquier otro requisito de elegibilidad establecido en estas Reglas Oficiales.
Las diferencias menores de tipografía, ortografía, espacios, uso de mayúsculas o formato que no generen una duda razonable sobre la identidad del participante podrán ser evaluadas de buena fe por el Patrocinador y no necesariamente resultarán en una descalificación automática.
El posible ganador también deberá completar y entregar cualquier documento requerido, que podrá incluir:
Declaración Jurada de Elegibilidad
Liberación de Responsabilidad
Autorización de Publicidad
Documentación Fiscal
Documentación de Transferencia del Vehículo
Identificación oficial
Cualquier otra documentación que el Patrocinador considere razonablemente necesaria para verificar la identidad o elegibilidad
Si un posible ganador no completa satisfactoriamente el proceso de verificación de identidad o elegibilidad, rechaza el premio, no completa la documentación requerida o se determina que no es elegible, la participación seleccionada será descalificada.
El Patrocinador seleccionará entonces aleatoriamente a otro posible ganador entre las participaciones elegibles restantes y repetirá los procedimientos de selección, contacto telefónico y verificación descritos en estas Reglas Oficiales.
Un participante no será considerado ganador oficial únicamente porque su participación haya sido seleccionada o porque haya contestado la llamada telefónica del Patrocinador.

INFORMES FISCALES
El Patrocinador podrá emitir un Formulario 1099 del IRS o cualquier otro formulario fiscal requerido por la ley aplicable.
El ganador será el único responsable de declarar y pagar cualquier impuesto aplicable.
CONDICIONES GENERALES
El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de cancelar, suspender, modificar o terminar el Sorteo si fraude, fallas técnicas, intervención no autorizada, eventos de fuerza mayor o cualquier otro factor afecta la integridad del Sorteo.
El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de descalificar a cualquier persona que interfiera con el proceso de participación o viole estas Reglas Oficiales.
El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de verificar cualquier información proporcionada en relación con una participación o con el proceso de verificación del ganador.
PREVENCIÓN DE FRAUDE
El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de verificar la elegibilidad e identidad de cualquier participante.
Cualquier intento de manipular, abusar o interferir con el funcionamiento legítimo del Sorteo podrá resultar en descalificación y posibles acciones legales.
Los ejemplos incluyen:
Participaciones automatizadas
Identidades falsas
Múltiples cuentas
Información falsa
Uso de identidades destinadas a ocultar o tergiversar la identidad del participante
Manipulación de códigos QR
Intentos de interferir con el proceso de selección o verificación
LIBERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
Al participar, los participantes acuerdan liberar y mantener indemnes a las Partes Liberadas de cualquier reclamación, pérdida, daño, responsabilidad, lesión, costo o gasto que surja de la participación en el Sorteo o de la aceptación, uso, mal uso o posesión del premio.

Las Partes Liberadas no son responsables de:
Participaciones perdidas
Participaciones tardías
Participaciones incompletas
Participaciones enviadas incorrectamente
Fallas técnicas
Interrupciones de servidores
Fallas de red
Fallas de hardware
Fallas de software
Problemas al escanear códigos QR
Problemas con proveedores de servicio celular
Fallas telefónicas o del buzón de voz
Llamadas bloqueadas o filtradas
Error humano
PARTES LIBERADAS
Para efectos de estas Reglas Oficiales, las "Partes Liberadas" incluyen a Mercado LLC, Molle Toyota, Fresco Marketing y cada una de sus respectivas compañías matrices, subsidiarias, afiliadas, entidades relacionadas, agencias de publicidad, agencias promocionales, funcionarios, directores, empleados, contratistas, representantes, agentes, sucesores y cesionarios.
EXENCIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD SOBRE EL VEHÍCULO
El vehículo se entrega "TAL COMO ESTÁ" sin ninguna garantía por parte del Patrocinador, Molle Toyota, Fresco Marketing o cualquier Parte Liberada.
Cualquier garantía del fabricante estará regida exclusivamente por el fabricante del vehículo.
AUSENCIA DE RESPONSABILIDAD POR EL USO DEL VEHÍCULO
